Obituary
David Norman Plummer, resident of Fanning Springs, Florida passed away on November 27, 2023, in Fanning Springs. David was 86 years old. He was born on June 29, 1937, in Fulton, New York to parents Carl Norman and Margaret Plummer. Mr. Plummer proudly served his Country in the United States Army. He enjoyed shooting guns, muzzle loading, and making his own bullets, his other pastime was spent fishing. He is survived by his loving family. A private burial will take place at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Arrangements are entrusted to the Knauff Funeral Home of Chiefland.

I don't only loose a brother in law but a good friend. Spent a lot of time with Dave shooting and, hunting and just hanging out. He will surely be missed

My stepdad was the only Father I really knew since the age of 5 , I remember going hunting in McKeever NY , riding in an old jeep way back in the woods , sleeping in a big tent and making a big pot of stew, we went duck hunting on lake Ontario, numerous camping trips and fishing for walleye off the wall behind dilts in Fulton , I remember when he drove stock cars at brewerton, Lafayette and Fulton Speedway . And the latter years fishing in the gulf and Turkey Shooting at the moose Lodge in Fanning Springs , I will miss those greetings at each special day , he was always the first to text early morning whatever the occasion was. RIP Dad you will be missed, your with mom now.
