Obituary
Abel Gonzalez was born September 14, 1961 to Jose Gonzalez and Elena Navarro de Gonzalez in Zacatecas, Mexico. After years of working in various restaurants, his passion and love for cooking lead him to open his very own small family restaurant. He was always so welcoming and always greeted people with his great big smile. Abel is survived by his wife of 43 years, Mayela Gonzalez, his 4 daughters, Mayela E. (Gerardo), Laura (Lupe), Melissa (Leonardo) and Jasmine (Joshua) and 13 grandchildren that were his world. He is also survived by his mother Elena, his brothers: David, Juan, Vicente, Nestor, Jose, and his sister's: Alma & Lourdes. He is preceded in death by his father Jose Gonzalez. There will be a memorial service in his honor on Saturday, August 12th at 2:00 p.m. at the Pine Grove Baptist Church in Trenton, Florida. John Wilson will officiate.
