Evelyn Ezzell, resident of Fanning Springs, Florida passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023. She was 93 years old. She was born on November 28, 1929 in Blakely, Georgia to Willie and Lizzie White. She is survived by her children Ruth Cummings, Carol McKale, Genia Young, grandchildren Gene, Jeffrey, Angela, Andrea, Lisa, and Kristen. Great grandchildren Brandon, Jason, Justin, Jessica, Aaron, Lauren, Anthony, Dixie and Waylon. Great great grandchildren Tony Lorenzo, Jr. (JJ), Dominic. A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Knauff Funeral Home in Chiefland, Florida with a visitation held one hour prior. Burial will be held at the Joppa Baptist Church Cemetery in Trenton, Florida. Officiating will be Pastor Robin Thomas. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Knauff Funeral Home Chiefland. I only knew "mom" through her daughter, Genia. I knew "mom" would pass very soon after Genia got home. Genia was prepared. I love Genia as a sister as well as the rest of the family. The know"mom" is in the best place possible, in faith. PkA
