Obituary
Evelyn Curl Willis, 89 of Clayton, NC passed away on March 17, 2023 with her family at her side. She was born in Worth County Georgia on April 10, 1933 to her parents Curtis and Mamie Gordon. She moved to Levy County in 1953 from Dooley County Georgia. She married James Milton Curl and raised 4 children. She leaves behind her daughters, Sylvia Johnson, JoEllen Plemmons and her son Chad Curl. She is preceded in death by First Husband James Milton Curl and a second husband, James Carl Willis, and a son, Ricky Curl. She is survived by many brothers, sisters, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren, not to mention many friends. Evelyn will be deeply loved by all who knew her and will be missed. Funeral and Visitation Services will be on Wednesday, March 23, 2023 with visitation starting at 1:00 PM and the funeral service starting at 2:00 PM. Pastor Daniel Carswell will be officiating the service. Family are invited to a commital service following services. Burial will be next to her husband, James Milton Curl in Orange Hill Cemetery Williston, Florida. SERVICES Funeral Service

Evelyn was a unique and funny lady to talk with. Enjoyed our times sitting in the yard and laughing about the silly birds flying around. She always enjoyed our family meal times, the more people the better. She will be missed by her family but everyone knows she at peace and no longer suffering. God has her in His arms now!
