Mary Morton, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2023, at the age of 78. Mary was born on April 14, 1944 in Rome, New York. Mary lived a fulfilling life and her memory will be cherished by her daughter Tammy Buxton, her sister Anne Hatcher, her sister Sandi Kirley, and all who knew her. Mary had a warm and friendly personality and was loved by many in her community. Mary will be missed, and her legacy will live on in the memories of those she touched throughout her life. A celebration and gathering will be held on Sunday, March 12th, 2023 from 2pm to 4pm at Knauff Funeral Home Chapel 715 W. Park Avenue Chiefland, Florida. SERVICES Family Gathering

Aunt Mary wS a very hard worker but still soon kind. When I was younger and went with my mom and dad to do carnivals all around new year and other places I didn't care for it so aunt Mary would take me mom and Tammy places so we didn't get so bored. For that I loved her cause I hated the carney life. RIP Aunt Mary I will have good memories of you.

Mary will be forever missed. I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing Mary and being her neighbor for the last 30 years. What a strong and amazing woman. Rest In Paradise Mary.
