Obituary
Christine Paula McQuinn passed away at home on Saturday, January 21, 2023, after a long battle with a life-threatening illness. She was 51 years old. She was born on July 6, 1971, in Massachusetts but she lived the majority of her life in Florida. She is preceded in death by both of her parents Judith (Buck) Connors and Paul McQuinn, as well as three of her brothers Steven B. Gilbert, Alan Gilbert and Robert Gilbert. She is survived by her life partner Joseph E. Kurey, brothers Michael McQuinn and Ronald Gilbert, sisters Marjorie Wilkinson, Kathryn Dezaiffe, Susan Picanzo and Judi Swidan and many nieces and nephews. Chrissy enjoyed fishing and camping but most of all she loved her family and friends. She had a heart of gold, always helping and giving to others even if this meant her going without. Chrissy may you find the peace and comfort youve needed and wanted over these last couple of years. Thank you to the angels that extended their love, kindness and time unselfishly to caring for Chrissy in her last days. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Knauff Funeral Home Chiefland.
