Ernest O'Connor

Ernest George OConnor was born to Eugene and Eleanor OConnor in Cambridge, MA. In 1945. He was a lifelong Horseman, Blacksmith and a Realtor. He was happiest on a horse or his tractor, or a boat or on the beach or making a deal. Mr. OConnor is survived by his wife, Laura Wallace OConnor of Williston, FL., a sister Eleanor Long of Burlington, MA., son Ernest OConnor (Rachel), grandchildren Ernie, Jenny, John and Kelly of Brunswick, ME, niece Tricia OConnor (Michael Kirby) Williston, FL., nephew Scott Long of Groton, MA., sister in law, Elsie OConnor, Williston, FL., Stephanie OConnor of Ocala, FL., all the Wallaces and Jackson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Eleanor OConnor, brother Eugene, brother in law Joe Long. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Kevin Babington Foundation.org Mr. OConnor was a proud Army Veteran. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 10:00 am at Orange Hill Cemetery in Williston, Florida with the Honorable Judge Joe Smith officiating. There will a Memorial Service in Massachusetts later in the fall.
