Obituary
Mary Annabell "Ann" Hardee, of Chiefland, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at the Haven Tri-County Hospice with her family by her side. Mrs. Hardee was born in Freemansburg, West Virginia. Mrs. Hardee leaves behind a daughter - Holly (Gary) Bryant, a son - Jeff (Dorie) Hardee, three sisters - Pat Bowers, Janet Jenkins, and Cleo Prevatt, four grandchildren - Stevie and Kyle Bryant, Karsyn and Coburn Hardee. Mrs. Hardee was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Wayne Hardee. She was a long-time member of the Levy County Quilt Museum. She loved golfing, fishing and her bags were packed and ready for a trip anywhere. Services for Mrs. Hardee will be held at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel in Chiefland on Friday, June 3, 2022. Visitation is from 10:00 am 11:00 am. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am. The burial will follow in the Hardee section of the Methodist Cemetery.
