Mina Pierce

Mina M. Pierce of Chiefland, Florida was born in Alton, Illinois went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 2022. Mina was the most giving person and our foundation of love that held the family together. Her heartfelt love for her children will always be unwavering and unconditional. She cherished family time and cooking our favorite meals. She provided her home for family and friends, when they were homeless. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon H. Pierce, mother, Alberta G. Holbert, brother, lyman Pierce, and great granddaughter, Brittni Scoggins. She is survived by her sister, Joan (husband Donald) Thoms of St. Genevieve, Mo. Daughters, Linda Foshee of Chiefland, Florida, Zondra (husband Ed) Amos of Trenton, Florida, Beverly Hilliard of Brooksville, Florida, and a Son, Richard Brock of Trenton, Florida. She had 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, 3 nieces, and 1 nephew. Services for Mina M. Pierce will be Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 3:00PM at Knauff Funeral Home Chapel in Chiefland. Knauff Funeral Home is honored to serve the Pierce family during this time of transition.
