John Antonio Bastanzi, Sr. On Friday, October 8, 2021, John A. Bastanzi, Sr., of Williston Florida went home to his Lord. John was 91 years old. He is survived by his wife Jean Ruth Bastanzi of 72 years, his four children, John Bastanzi, Jr. (Denise) Crystal River, FL, Brenda VanHoose (Dennis) Davie, FL, Debi Bastanzi Williston, FL, and Robin Bastanzi Williston, FL, 8 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren. He is predeceased by Steve Arcangeli, son-in-law and two sisters and 5 brothers.John lived in Williston, Florida, for 51 years, after residing in Miami, Florida, for 24 years. The viewing will be held at Knauff Funeral Home in Williston, Florida, on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Williston, Florida, on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 10:00 am. with the burial at Orange Hill Cemetery. Following the burial a Remembrance luncheon will be provided for guests and family at Holy Family Catholic Church.
