Ann Jackson

Ann Shirl Jackson was born on October 3rd, 1936 in Port Huron, Michigan, and she went to a more peaceful place on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021. She worked for Fisher Body #1 for 15 years while taking care of her five children, Ann Shirl Spencer, Deborah Ann Hill, Edward Eugene Gauthier, Chris John Gauthier, and Julie Ann VanAllen. Her surviving siblings are John Jack Artman and Marie Kay Lehvonen. Her legacy lives on through her surviving children, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Ann met the love of her life, Leonard John Jackson, and they got married on September 12th, 1985. In 1988, Ann and Leonard moved to Williston, Florida and continued to follow their dreams by traveling the world. She loved to celebrate the holidays with her family and enjoyed craft making in her spare time. Ann was a certified diver and excellent at fishing. She was incredibly giving, smart, fun, and an all-around extraordinary person. She was a social butterfly who loved people and to crack jokes. Ann made the world a sweeter place. A funeral mass was held at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel in Williston, Florida on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 12:00 pm with a Visitation one hour prior. Burial was held at the Orange Hill Cemetery in Williston, Florida. The family asks for donations to be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in her honor instead of sending flowers. Knauff Funeral Home of Williston was honored to serve the Jackson family during their time of transition.
