William Leslie Bedford (“Billy”), 62, passed away on January 21, 2026, in Bronson,
Florida. He was born on November 30, 1963, in Westwood, New Jersey.
Billy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his
loving mother, Ruthan Bedford; his beloved wife, Vicki Bedford; his children, Samantha
Bedford, Patrick Bedford (Emily); siblings, Charlie Bedford (Lynn), and Dawn Zimoski
(CJ); and his cherished grandchildren, Railynne, Jackson, Carson, Wesley, and
Camden. He also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who
will miss him greatly.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Bedford.
Billy had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found fishing or spending time
working with his hands in his shop, always tinkering and fixing things. He enjoyed the
simple pleasures in life, including trying his luck on scratch-off tickets and, most of all,
spending time with his family, whom he loved dearly.
Billy will be remembered for his kind heart, his hardworking spirit, and the joy he brought
to those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved
him.
