Walter Evan Bell, age 58 of Cedar Key, Florida passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021. He is survived by his significant other and caregiver Michelle Broestler of 9 years, son Walter Bell Jr. Biological mother Alice OBrien. Sister Mary Faye (Gerald) Allen. Brother Wally (Shannon) OBrien, 3 grandchildren Walter Bell III, Hayden Bell, Mya Bell Mother of Mya & Hayden, Heather Bishop. Nieces Mary Alice (Maurice) Oliver, Shealy (Zach) OBrien, 3 great nieces Milly, Cadence, Adriana. Nephews Josh Allen. 2 great nephews Brayden and Colton. Ex- Wife Tammy Joiner mother of his son. With lots of friends & Family. Preceded in death by his father Irwin Bell and adopted mother Hallene Bell. May he rest in eternal peace, a man with a big heart full of love.
