Linda Hobbs

Linda J Hobbs resident of Williston, Florida passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Linda was 71 years old. She was born at the Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida on March 20, 1950. Linda moved to Williston, Florida in 1980. Linda retired from the Florida Department of Corrections as a correctional officer. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Williston. Her greatest passion was her family, she was a proud homemaker and caretaker. Some of her hobbies were genealogy, arts and crafts. Linda is preceded in death by her father and mother Gene and Cathy Billings. She is survived by her daughter Kay Mayton (John), Billy Hobbs (Patty) and her very loved and cherished grandchildren Regan Wells, Rhett Mayton, and Michel Hobbs; four younger sisters Theresa Williams (Leroy), Judy Albury (Bill), Susie Billings (Tracy), Donna Whitney (John), and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Williston, Florida with a visitation one hour prior. Father Wilson Colemenares will officiate. Knauff Funeral Home of Williston is honored to serve the Hobbs family during their time of transition.
