Donald Anderson

Donald Ray Anderson, resident of Bronson, Florida, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021 in Gainesville. Don was born on June 28th, 1951 in Owensboro, Kentucky. Mr. Anderson lived in Rockport, Indiana at the time of his birth. His family later moved to Evansville, Indiana. Don was married to Rebecca Anderson, Don and Rebecca moved to Florida in 1986. Don worked as a truck driver for Performance Food Group for 20+ years. Mr. Anderson was a member of the Williston Church of God and sponsored children's charities such as Compassion, and The Ronald McDonald House. Mr. Anderson loved trucks, racing, his grandchildren, and helping anyone and everyone he could. Don was preceded in death by his wife Rebecca Anderson, his mother Roberta Sprinkle and his father Charles Anderson. Don is survived by his son David and daughter in law Rachelle Anderson, his brother's Steve, Kenny, and Timothy Anderson, his sister's Judy and Lois, and grandchildren Anthony and Jacob Anderson. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the Orange Hill Cemetery in Williston, Florida. The service will begin at 10:00 AM with Brother Wes Smith and Brother Keith Langford officiating.
