A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 1:00 pm at The First United Methodist Church in Williston Florida. Pastor Danny Bennett, who baptized both Billy and his daughter, Mikayla, has graciously accepted the familys invitation to conduct the service.
