Michael Anthony

Michael David Anthony, resident of Chiefland, Florida went home to be with the Lord on August 7, 2021 at 4:05pm. Michael was born on December 25, 1991 in Gainesville, Florida. He was employed by the Department of Corrections and worked just short of nine years, at the time of his passing Michael was honored to be a Sergeant in that field. His true calling was to one day become a Preacher or Youth Pastor so he could share his love for God. He always reminded us to "Have faith and trust Him". Michael was an amazing daddy to his best little buddy Kasen and always made sure they had fun going to Monster Truck shows, riding the ranger, hunting, fishing, and watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse together. Michael was also a huge Florida Gator and Atlanta Braves fan, in his eyes there were no better teams. Michael graduated from Trenton High School class of 2010, where he enjoyed playing football and baseball. He is preceded in death by his stepfather Shannon Silliven, his grandfather Gary Anthony, and his two great grandmothers Evelyn Pitcock and Florence Larrabee. He is survived by his precious four year old son Kasen Anthony and Kasens mother Brooke. Michaels mother Kris Silliven (Phillip Townsend), father David Anthony, stepmother Sherry Anthony, stepfather Melvin McGuire, maternal grandparents Ralph and Vicki Kabrich, and paternal grandparents Beverly (Chuck) Sholte; Brother Morgan McGuire, sisters Caitlyn and Reagan Anthony; step siblings Greg and CJ Silliven, Miranda McGuire, Megan Parker, Kelsey Corbin, Mollie Gantt, Michael Gantt, and Kadee Walker. Michael will be missed by so many that loved him.
