Cecil Ward

Cecil Edgar Ward, 80 of Williston, FL passed away on Sunday, June 13th at the Tri County Hospice House. Born in Harlan County, KY. Cecil was the owner operator of Wards TV in Williston. He was a US Army Veteran and member of Williston Church of God Church. Cecil enjoyed going to church, fishing and spending time with his family and traveling to Kentucky. Cecil is preceded in death by his son Cecil Edgar, Jr., brothers Edward Ward, Herbie Ward, sister Patsy Ward He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years Carrel Ward of Williston. Son Steve and wife Tammy Ward of Williston, FL, brothers Kenneth Ward and wife Claudia, Mike Cook and wife Shirley, Ray Cook and wife Julie. Sisters Lois Lay husband Kenneth, Darlene Hopping husband Danny, Lilly Masterson husband Richard, numerous nieces and nephews. The family will be having a viewing on Saturday, June 19th at 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Church of God in Williston, with Cecils celebration of life starting at 12:00 pm all are welcome to attend and share with the family. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the church of God in Williston in memory of Cecil.
