Tommy Jordan

Tommy Lee Jordan at the age of 84 passed in his sleep at home with his wife by his side on January 10,

2026.

Tommy grew up in different parts of Texas. He moved to Delaware and worked the assembly line and

later becoming a supervisor for the Chrysler Corporation. He worked there for 25 years until he retired.

That is when he discovered his true passion to see the United States as a long Haul truck driver.

In 1991, he met the love of his life, Veronica, and her two children Jennifer and James De Souza. They

were married March 27, 1992. He helped her raise them, until they grew up and moved away. He retired

from truck driving on January 15th, 2003 to enjoy time with the family like he always wanted too.

Tommy and Veronica (aka Ronnie) were together for 33 plus years of marriage until his time of death.

He is survived by his wife Veronica and children Jennifer (Ben) Hess and James (Ashley) De Souza. His 4

beautiful grandchildren, Dominic Hess, Ashley Hess, Trey Hess and Makenzie King. Cousins in Texas

Jimmy Kirkham, Jamie Richardson, Kathy (Tony) Brown, Karen Kirkham her son Gage, Sharon Bennett,

and Nancy Allen and numerous other cousins and family.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, mother and numerous family members.
