My mama is Charlotte Jones Boling, daughter of Prieston and Wand Jones. I remember Ms. Donna Kay with her wide smile and full laugh loving on me and my sister every time we came into town, we always stopped by to see her. I remember her store and thought she was just the queen of the town. We went fishing once at a catfish pond and she laughed and laughed. I hope she is walking free now, doing cartwheels or whatever shes been wanting to do that she wasnt able to for so many years. I loved her and hope all of you are doing ok.

Ms. Donna Kay! I know you are strolling those streets of gold and I am happy for you. I am blessed because you were in my life - from baptism to bride to babies to grandbabies - you were a constant support. I appreciate your loving heart, admire your ability to turn fabric scraps into works of art, and am inspired by your strength. You took on life's challenges and handled them with grace. I have constant reminders of your goodness: your artwork hangs on my walls, your meatloaf recipe is my go-to (along with everything else in that cookbook), and my memories are sweet. Tell Mr. Billy I said "Hey!" Enjoy that stroll! I love you Ms. Donna!
